New geosynthetics from GeoGro carry a five-year warranty that is effective from the date of shipping.
GeoGro guarantees all new geosynthetics sold to be free of manufacturers’ defective workmanship and
materials. We will replace, without charge, any parts determined by GeoGro.
The Refund Policy is applicable solely within the time lines set-forth herein and subject to the
requirements set forth herein.
In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or
misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related
shipping charges.
This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; acts of terrorism; normal wear and tear;
product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage caused by accident, neglect, lack of or
inadequate dust collection; and/or misuse/abuse or damage caused where alterations have been made or
attempted by others.
All items being returned to GeoGro must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued by
the Customer Service Department. Products must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. No
merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number. Unapproved returns are subject to a 25% stocking
fee plus round trip shipping charges.
Only new GeoGro machines sold to the original owner are covered by this warranty. For warranty repair

customer has 30 days to return the part; otherwise, that number is cancelled and the return will not
be accepted. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number.
