Shipping Methods
All the geosynthetics can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air or by international express logistics via
DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address,
product and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most
suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight.
Usually, GeoGro deliver the geosynthetics by ship, sometimes, as customer's requirements, we can also
deliver by air or by train.
When the GeoGro‘s geosynthetics arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick up with the bill
of lading we offered. We can also arrange the cargo agent to send to your door.
Shipping Rates
GeoGro reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than
originally
calculated due to the dim weight of the package. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses
as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
Damaged Shipments
GeoGro carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a
reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are
asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed). We ask customers to
notify us within 24 hours of any damage sustained to the packaging and or geosynthetics.

The global shipping costs will rise in unstable condition during the COVID-19 pandemic, and some
